He has supported various global businesses and been responsible for delivering their HR Strategy including Learning, Org Design, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management & Reward. He is currently the CAO of Panmure Gordon in London.
Matt is married with 2 children and in his free time enjoys a variety of sports including Golf, Tennis, Cycling & Skiing. He is also a qualified Pilot.
